I don’t know about you but we’re sure glad to have a series of IN PERSON mortgage conferences, along with a few virtual, on the calendar for the fall 2021 tradeshow season.
Representatives from our sales and product organizations were ready and energized to hop on a plane to meet with more than 600 of our colleagues in California for the CMBA Western Secondary Conference earlier this week. Armed with LoanLogics latest white paper on the working relationship between humans and machine in the mortgage industry, as well as a number of 2021 product roll outs and enhancements, our team on the ground was ready for some engaging face to face meetings on how to reduce friction in loan commerce. Just like the capital markets session LoanLogics sponsored at the event, our forward-looking 2022 roadmaps, also include strong support of this vertical’s B2B transactions.
Next month, we’re a sponsor and attending the virtual MBA Risk Management, QA and Fraud Prevention Forum. LoanLogics’ director of transaction and commerce automation solutions, Don Smith, will be speaking in a session called “Approaches to Ensuring Loan Quality to Minimize Repurchase Risk” in the Underwriting & QA track. In this 50-minute session on Tuesday, September 28th, panelists will discuss their experiences and practices to maintain loan quality and avoid future repurchases amidst a pandemic environment and growing first-time homebuyer market.
San Diego in October will be a great setting to congregate for the MBA Annual Conference and Expo.
