Who can believe it? The proverbial end of summer is here with Labor Day weekend 2021 just a few short workdays away! Are you ready for another well-deserved long weekend before we all hit that fourth quarter press of driving more mortgage business and gaining insights at the many fall mortgage conferences? I know our team at LoanLogics is.
Some of our product management team members, who were busy with not one but two product rollouts and a number of other enhancements this year, are gearing up to use this holiday weekend to:
- Relax at home with a little gardening planned, as well as watch the Penn State Nittany Lions hopefully beat out the Wisconsin Badgers
- Attend his 9-year-old son’s local baseball tournament, take his 12-year-old son to football practices, and play a little adult softball of his own.
- Meet up with old friends to see some live music, bake cakes for said lucky friends (traditional yellow cakes with homemade cream cheese and pecan frosting, YUM)
- Tailgate at the Iowa State Cyclone’s game, boat with friends and hold a picnic and late-night fire with family.
