The market shows signs of improving

And owners are thinking of moving

The mortgage rates are still pretty low

Let’s make dough, let’s make dough, let’s make dough

Though the rates may be increasing,

And refis are now decreasing

The economy’s ready to grow,

Let’s make dough, let’s make dough, let’s make dough

Let’s go out and go after new loans

The Millennials are starting to buy;

And if we help them finance their homes

We’ll balance demand with supply

The market will be made up of buyers

And they’ll need mortgage suppliers

So be the lender ready to go

And make dough, let’s make dough, let’s make dough

Opportunity’s out there knocking

This shouldn’t be so shocking

It’s time to get on with the show

Let’s make dough, let’s make dough, let’s make dough…

Let’s make dough, let’s make dough, let’s make dough…

Let’s make dough, let’s make dough, let’s make dough…

Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy, Healthy and Prosperous New Year!

(Thanks to composer/songwriter Julie Styne and lyricist/songwriter Sammy Cahn for the famous Christmas Song “Let It Snow”)
