- This easy Chocolate Dream Pie recipe is one our LoanLogics product marketing manager always has when home for the holidays in Pittsburgh. For a unique twist on a holiday side dish, she makes this Fennel Grain with Walnut-Thyme Breadcrumbs, tossing in canned artichokes along with it.

Holiday Dip 2 cups whipped cream cheese 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire ½ cup ketchup ¼ cup chopped onions or 1 teaspoon of onion powder Mix well. Serve with chips or any other dip vessel of your choice.
- For the last 30 years, our svp of marketing has been making this broccoli salad for holiday gatherings year round!
Shirley’s Broccoli Salad: Mixed together: Bunch of broccoli cut into bit-sized pieces 1 cup of raisins ½ red onion diced 1 cup chopped walnuts 7 strips of bacon (cut bacon into strips cross-wise and fry until crispy, let cool on paper towel) Dressing: 1 cup mayonnaise (you can use low fat if you’d like) 2 tablespoons Rice vinegar 2 tablespoons sugar
- Our IT systems manager and cheesecake aficionado has found this Peppermint Bark Cheesecake to be a winner with his Christmas crowds!
- Another family recipe is this Sweet Potato Casserole from a company product owner analyst:
Sweet Potato Casserole Ingredients: Topping: 3 cups sweet potatoes 1/3 cup butter, melted ½ cup sugar 1 cup brown sugar ½ cup butter, softened ½ cup flour 2 eggs, lightly beaten 1 cup chopped pecans 1 tsp vanilla 1/3 cup milk Steps: - Boil and mash sweet potatoes - Beat in sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla & milk until smooth - Pour into a 9 x 13 greased baking pan - Combine and mix the topping ingredients in a small bowl. - Crumble the topping over the sweet potatoes - Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
